Hi, I’m Dean! 👋🏻 Germany-born, UK-raised, and Hong Kong-based since 2013. I spent 15 years in global tech, most recently as a COO. In 2022 I discovered AI, automation, and n8n, and used them to automate ~80% of the day-to-day operations of my side project, a real estate platform called PropSourcer. That opened the door for me to become a full-time founder in 2024. Today I also run TidyCurve, where we help ambitious SMBs and enterprise teams increase revenue and save time without hiring extra staff. We implement practical AI and automation solutions, often powered by n8n, that plug into the tools they already use so they can see results quickly. I enjoy showing people that you don’t need big budgets or an engineering background to ship powerful workflows across sales, marketing, operations, and support. As the first n8n Ambassador in Hong Kong, I’m focused on building a welcoming community where anyone, from non-technical founders to seasoned developers, can learn from each other. Less intimidation, more collaboration! When there’s nothing left to automate for the day, you’ll usually find me on a golf course or a padel court.
