I started as a pharmacist and spent a 10-year career across multinational pharma and nutrition companies in MENA, moving from clinical sciences into field sales and eventually BI analytics. I built the dashboards and KPI systems that showed leadership exactly where the business was winning and bleeding. The reports told the story clearly. The manual processes and slow decisions kept happening anyway. That gap is where n8n fits for me. Today, I use n8n as my default layer for shipping real systems. I've built end-to-end AI agents for recruiting, sales coaching, and pharmaceutical product matching, multi-step workflows that orchestrate LLM calls, retrieval, and business logic across dozens of tools and APIs, full backend solutions powering internal web apps without a traditional backend team, event-driven automations for WhatsApp, email, and CRM flows, data pipelines that sync, enrich, and transform records between ERPs, spreadsheets, and BI tools, and scheduled agents that monitor systems, flag anomalies, and act on them. I treat n8n less as an automation tool and more as a production environment for AI and ops systems. I also build independent products, including pbi-cli, an open-source Power BI CLI, and Medly, an iOS medication reminder app.
