Nearly 30 years in tech, and I still think the best way to learn something is to build it with other people. I lead AI enablement at T-Mobile, teach as an adjunct professor, and am working through UT Austin's Agentic AI program — where n8n became my go-to for prototyping agents, most recently a plain-English market research assistant and a self-evaluating support-ticket pipeline. I became an Ambassador because automation shouldn't belong only to engineers. In Dallas–Fort Worth, I want to host hands-on sessions where anyone can leave with a workflow that runs and solves a real problem.
