I am (probably like everybody in this group) an automation consultant and educator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With 17 years in education across the UK, Malaysia, and China, he now helps small businesses reclaim their time through practical workflow automation and safe use of AI. I run Swallow the Frog, an automation training practice, and build production n8n systems for clients across industries — from CRM integrations and AI-assisted pipelines to event platforms and document workflows. I teach n8n to non-technical audiences, runs workshops for Malaysian businesses, and believes automation should be appropriately scoped - not over-engineered.
