i'm Dominik from near Basel (Switzerland). I do enterprise ITSM & security for a living (Senior ESM Consultant, CTO/CISO), where I automate pretty much everything you can automate in an ITSM environment, from IAM onboarding, server provisioning and software deployments to SOC alerting and reporting, with n8n being one of my go-to tools. In my spare time I automate my smart home and try to keep up with whatever my two kids manage to break.
