Focus areas
I’m Carmela De Leon, a Marketing and Tech leader with over 14 years of professional experience across finance, revenue operations, project management, and digital marketing. 👋 I currently serve as a Strategic Partner and Head of Marketing, where I focus on automation, AI, and building scalable systems that help businesses grow efficiently. My automation journey started when I was trying to connect different no-code tools that didn’t natively integrate with platforms like Go HighLevel and HubSpot. That challenge pushed me to explore deeper, experiment, and find creative solutions. Since then, I’ve developed a strong passion for discovering tools, optimizing workflows, and recommending the best solutions to clients and business owners. I genuinely love learning, and I live by the belief that I don’t need to be the smartest person in the room because the smartest is the room itself. Being surrounded by people, ideas, and systems that continuously challenge me is what drives my growth. My motivation as an Ambassador is deeply personal. As a Filipina, I want to help others, especially women, single moms, and working students, not to be intimidated by tech and automation. I want people to know that you do not need to have a computer-related college degree or be a software expert to succeed in this space. What truly matters is your willingness to learn, your consistency, and your eagerness to grow. I was once a full-time scholar and a full-time employee during college, and I understand how challenging it is to balance everything while trying to build a better future. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others discover opportunities to work, learn, and grow from home. I started contributing to the community way back in 2025 by hosting free seminars and training sessions introducing automation and n8n. As an Ambassador, I plan to continue expanding this by reaching more freelancers, students, and business owners across the Philippines. I’m also excited to connect with small to medium-sized businesses and corporate teams to introduce automation as a key part of their operations and growth strategy.
